In order to use multi-screen expansion, please make sure that your device has the displaylink driver installed

Q2: Is the video signal interrupted?

A: The signal interruption is due to the computer screen resolution and refresh rate setting, you'd better set the proper refresh rate.

Q3: Why does the HDMI port not work properly? It cannot reach 4K?

A: First of all, make sure your device is supporting video output, then try to replace the host device/HDMI cable/DP cable for testing. the final resolution performance of HDMI output depends on the resolution supported by your device. (The video output will only be 4K if your device and HDMI cable support 4K resolution).

A: Only HDMI1+HDMI2 mode supports 4K@60Hz. HDMI2+DP mode only supports 4K@30Hz. please note: HDMI1 and DP cannot be used simultaneously.
